Independence Day
On August 12th, Independence Day celebration was held in the school. We gathered around the flag and sang patriotic songs as the children swayed to the music wearing traditional Indian attire, in the colours of the flag. Enthusiastic shouts of JAI HIND filled the corridors as they waved the tricolour.
Teachers' Day
Teachers' Day was celebrated on 5th September and keeping in mind the topic of the week, which was flowers, we had an activity 'Let us say it with FLOWERS'.

With the help of parents, children brought a flower or hand made card, with flower theme for their teachers. There was an interactive programme, with kids and teachers performing together. The essence of the programme was to help the children wish their teachers on this special day and thank them for their love and support.

Mr. Sandip Ghosh, Dy. Man. Dir. Finance took time out of his very busy schedule to be in our midst to motivate us on this special day of ours.

Teachers had a sharing session with the theme "You are the most important person"- where each teacher made a list of qualities she admires in her colleagues. Each teacher went back feeling very important and special with the good feedback she got from her colleagues!.

The management's thoughtfulness and parents' participation made this a special and memorable day for the teachers.
